Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luxe Designer Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 14-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 14 days, starting from the day the package is delivered to you. Please initiate any return requests within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing.
To Initiate a Return:
Email us at sales@luxedesignerwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Window:
Once your return request is approved, the returned item(s) must be received by us within the following 14 days.
Late Returns:
Returns shipped back after the 14-day return period will be rejected. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to your address.
2. Defective or Wrong Items (Our Fault)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, colour, or product), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How It Works:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue
- Once we confirm the item was shipped in a defective condition or was incorrectly dispatched, we will provide a prepaid return label
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Receive a full refund or exchange once the item is received and inspected
Important Note:
A return label will only be provided after we have confirmed that the issue was not caused by customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.
3. Change of Mind Returns (Customer Choice)
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind (for any reason not related to a defect or error on our part), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Label:
Upon approval, we will provide you with a return label. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item.
Recommended Carriers:
Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Returns shipped via local postal services may experience longer delivery times.
Tracking Required:
All returns must include an active tracking number. Please provide this to us immediately upon dispatch.
4. Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
Perfect Original Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, scents, makeup marks, or damage.
Original Tags & Attachments:
All original designer tags must remain attached in their original position. If tags are removed, cut, or tampered with, the return will be declined.
Original Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including branded boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards. These are considered part of the product's value.
Right to Refuse:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Pre-Owned Items:
We do not accept returns for items listed as Pre-Owned on our platform. Each item's description clearly indicates its pre-owned status. Please review product details thoroughly before purchasing.
Preloved Items:
Preloved items are not eligible for returns or refunds. The 14-day consumer rights rule applies only to new, non-preowned products. Items that have been previously sold, are preloved, or are offered as defective are exempt from this policy.
6. Watch Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty exclusively on watches.
What's Covered:
Defects in materials and workmanship related to the internal mechanism of the watch.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage caused by water exposure, misuse, or accidents
- Issues arising from improper handling or failure to follow care instructions
- Cosmetic damage to straps, cases, or crystals
Important:
All warranty claims are subject to investigation. If the issue is found to be caused by misuse or external factors, the warranty will be voided.
7. Luxury Handling & Inspection Fees
Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection upon arrival. The following Handling Fees will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns:
Note: Handling fees are waived for returns due to defective or incorrectly shipped items (our fault).
8. Declined Returns
If Your Return is Declined:
The item will be shipped back to you, and any additional shipping charges will be borne by you.
30-Day Response Window:
If we decline a return due to damages or other reasons and do not receive your instructions on how to proceed within 30 days, we reserve the right to deny issuing a refund for that return.
9. Refund Process
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and approving the returned items.
Cancelled Orders:
If an order is placed, paid for, and then cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be provided without deducting transaction fees.
10. Missing Packages
In the rare event that you do not receive your package, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days from the shipment date. Please contact us immediately if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order.
