By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

3. Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to this point due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • Transparency: In compliance with the DMCCA 2024, the price shown at checkout is the total price inclusive of all mandatory taxes and unavoidable fees.
  • We are not currently registered for VAT; therefore, no VAT is added to the purchase price.

5. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all goods within 30 days of the order date.
  • Responsibility (Risk) for the goods passes to the customer upon physical delivery to the specified address.

6. Right to Cancel & Returns (14-Day Window)

  • Statutory Right: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once approved, the returned item(s) must be received within the following 14 days.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, colour, or product), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind (for any reason not related to a defect or error on our part), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return label upon approval.
  • Recommended Carriers: We strongly recommend using UPS, DHL, or FedEx with active tracking. Returns shipped via local postal services may experience longer delivery times.
  • Handling & Inspection Fees: For change-of-mind returns, a handling fee is deducted to cover quality inspection:

    Bags & Shoes: £40 | Clothing: £30 | Accessories: £20 | Watches: £50

    Handling fees are waived for returns due to defective or incorrectly shipped items (our fault).

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and approving the returned items.

7. Condition of Goods & Security Tags

  • Designer Tags: All original brand/vendor tags (e.g., Gucci, Prada) must remain attached. If these tags are removed, cut, or tampered with, the return will be rejected.
  • Original Packaging: Branded boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards must be returned in pristine condition. These are considered part of the product's value.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, scents, makeup marks, or damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products show traces of use.

8. Preloved & Pre-Owned Items

  • Non-Returnable: Pre-loved and pre-owned items are not eligible for returns or refunds. The 14-day consumer rights rule applies only to new, non-preowned products.
  • Product Descriptions: Each item's description clearly indicates its pre-owned status. We encourage customers to review product details, condition reports, and images thoroughly before making a purchase.
  • Final Sale: Items that have been previously sold, are preloved, or are offered as defective are exempt from our standard returns policy.

9. Watch Warranty

  • Coverage: We provide a one-year warranty exclusively on watches, covering defects in materials and workmanship related to the internal mechanism.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, misuse, accidents, improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or cosmetic damage to straps, cases, or crystals.
  • Claims: All warranty claims are subject to investigation. If the issue is found to be caused by misuse or external factors, the warranty will be voided.

10. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Designer Wear Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
